Tangle Service Operations Policy
Notice: This English text is provided for reference only. The Korean-language version is the original and legally binding document. In the event of any discrepancy, the Korean version shall prevail.
This Operations Policy sets out the details necessary for the stable operation of "Tangle" (hereinafter "the Service"), an AI-character interactive service provided by Emotionwave Inc. (hereinafter "the Company"), and for the protection of users' rights and interests. This policy is a sub-policy of the INFIDITY Integrated Service Terms of Use, and takes effect in conjunction with the Terms when using the Service.
Article 1 (Nature of the Service and Principles of Use)
- "Tangle" is a virtual entertainment space in which users interact with official AI characters planned and created by the Company through conversation, short-form viewing, story-mode progression, and other means.
- The Company respects creative freedom but applies strict management principles to acts that cause discomfort to others or violate laws.
Article 2 (Intellectual Property and IP Protection)
- The copyrights to the names, appearance designs (faces), personality settings, background scenarios, and short-form content of all AI characters within the Service belong to the Company.
- Users may not, without the Company's approval, extract or record character IP for posting to external paid media or commercial redistribution.
Article 3 (Fan Media Generation Guidelines and User Responsibility)
- Definition of the Feature: "Fan Media" is a feature that allows users to generate new scenes by setting backgrounds, costumes, composition, and other elements while using the fixed face data of AI characters provided by the Company.
- Allocation of User Responsibility: All civil and criminal legal responsibility for any images, videos, and text (hereinafter "Generated Output") created via the Fan Media feature lies with the user who created such content.
- Company Disclaimer: The Company merely provides the generation tool and makes no warranty as to the content created by the user. If user-generated content infringes any rights of a third party, all responsibility shall be borne by the user.
Article 4 (Prohibited Content Provisions — Applying SafeNet Standards)
Users must not generate, or induce in conversation, content falling under any of the following:

| Personality Rights Infringement | Impersonation of real persons, deepfake composites, hateful expressions toward specific groups (race, religion, etc.) |
| Illegal Acts | Gambling, drug manufacture/distribution, incitement to terrorism, unauthorized sharing of personal information |
Article 5 (Operating Policy by Content Tier)
- Safety Mode (Ages 14 and over): Accessible by all users; sexual and violent elements are strictly blocked.
- Unlimited Mode (Ages 19 and over): Provided only to users who have completed adult verification; expressions necessary for narrative flow are permitted to a limited extent, but the prohibited items in Article 4 still apply.
Article 6 (Levels of Sanctions for Violations)
The Company takes the following measures depending on the severity of the policy violation.

| Stage 3: Account Suspension | Temporary or permanent suspension of the Tangle service account |
| Stage 4: Legal Response | Provision of data to and reporting to investigative authorities upon confirmation of serious crimes (e.g., sexual exploitation material) |
Article 7 (Reporting and Objection)
- Users may report inappropriate content discovered through the in-service "Report" feature.
- Users who object to a sanction may submit explanatory materials through the customer center (support@emotionwave.com) within 7 days from the date of the action.
