INFIDITY Youth Safety Policy

Emotionwave Inc. (hereinafter "the Company") implements the following Youth Safety Policy pursuant to the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection and the Juvenile Protection Act, with the goal of helping young people grow as healthy individuals. This policy applies in common to the INFIDITY platform and all of its subordinate services.
Article 1 (Goals and Basic Principles of Youth Protection)
- The Company's principle is to prevent in advance the exposure of young people to harmful information (obscenity, violence, gambling, etc.) and to create a safe environment for AI use.
- The Company uses artificial intelligence to filter harmful content in real time and manages the platform so that content appropriate for minors is given priority for display.
Article 2 (Access Restrictions and Management Measures for Harmful Information)
- Adult Verification System: When using certain services that may be classified as harmful media for youth (such as Unlimited Mode), the Company enforces real-name and adult verification through institutions accredited by the Korea Communications Standards Commission.
- Technical Isolation: For users who have not completed adult verification, technical measures are taken to fundamentally exclude lists, titles, and thumbnails of adult content from search results and recommendation lists.
- Safety Filter Operation: During conversations with AI characters and scene generation, the system detects in real time and blocks adult-level vocabulary and abusive expressions, or outputs sanitized results.
Article 3 (Monitoring and Real-time Response to Harmful Information for Youth)
- The Company conducts 24-hour automated monitoring through AI abuse detection models, continuously watching for attempts to bypass the safety filter and inappropriate conversation patterns.
- Harmful content discovered during monitoring is deleted immediately, and users who created or shared such content are subject to immediate service-use restrictions in accordance with the operations policy.
Article 4 (Training of Personnel for Youth Protection)
The Company provides the following training to service operators and developers:
- Training on compliance with youth-protection-related laws and government guidelines.
- Mastery of the criteria for identifying harmful content and real-time response processes.
- Training on the principles of algorithm enhancement in accordance with generative AI ethics guidelines.
Article 5 (Damage Counseling and Grievance Handling)
The Company operates a dedicated channel for prompt remedy when damage occurs from harmful information for youth.
